Well I guess strictly speaking using the word anthropomorphic to mean having humanlike qualities just about any talking animal is "anthro", especially if it wears clothes or otherwise behaves like a person rather than an animal. so in that sense yes. Just not how its typically used in my experience. I'm not complaining or saying "im right and youre wrong", cuz its not like that. just a question of the culture I've been around I guess.
